Diva has arrived in Colorado and is ready for her furever home! We asked Diva what her perfect home would look like and this is what she told us:
I would love a home with a yard that i can run around in. I looooove to run, so the humans say I need a big fence (they said 6 feet, not sure what that means). I would also love a doggie friend who has lots of energy to play. I LOVE to play. A lot. I need a doggie friend who can keep up with me. I also love toys – they are so much fun to tear apart! The humans say I can’t eat the stuffing which is really confusing, but they have thumbs, so …….
My perfect people would love to give belly rubs (to me not other people) and would like to spend time helping me learn to be a good doggie! I know how to sit and learned how to lay down in a few hours – once i know what people want its pretty easy 🙂 I do like to go looking for food on these things called “counters”, and the people keep telling me I am not a surfer. They also tell me I need to work on something called “impulse control” which doesn’t sound like too much fun, but i do get treats, so i am trying hard. My foster has these things called cats – i am very interested in them, but they puff up and make a hissing sound and i leave them alone because they don’t want to be my friends.
